What is Aprie, and where is it located?
Aprie is a private villa and event venue in Byurakan, Armenia, approximately 20 minutes from Yerevan. It combines private accommodation, event spaces, and optional hotel services for family gatherings, celebrations, corporate retreats, and group stays.
Can I book individual rooms, or only the entire villa?
From May through September, Aprie is available exclusively for entire-villa bookings. From October through April, individual rooms may be available on weekdays, while weekends are reserved for entire-villa stays. Contact us to check availability for your preferred dates.
How many guests can Aprie accommodate?
Aprie can host private events for up to 100 guests, with overnight accommodation for up to 20 people. The villa features six guest rooms, spacious indoor gathering areas, and four outdoor terraces suitable for celebrations and group events.
How many bedrooms does Aprie have?
Aprie has six guest rooms, each with its own private bathroom. Four rooms feature double beds with additional sofa beds or armchair beds, while the other two have double beds only. Folding beds and baby cribs are also available upon request.
Is Aprie's outdoor swimming pool heated?
Yes! Aprie features a heated outdoor infinity pool, usually operating from March through November, depending on weather conditions. When outdoor temperatures drop below 0°C, the pool is drained and temporarily closed.
What is included in Aprie's Full Service option?
Our Full Service option can include on-site staff, daily housekeeping, breakfast, food preparation, table service, and assistance with event organization. Services can be arranged according to your group’s needs. Contact us to discuss your stay or event.
Does Aprie provide food and catering for private events?
Yes! Our kitchen prepares Armenian dishes for private groups and events. We offer both a general menu and a special wedding menu. Meals are available by advance order and must be requested at least one day before your stay or event. Contact us to receive our menus and discuss your dining arrangements.
What activities and attractions are available at or near Aprie?
At Aprie, guests can enjoy the swimming pool, sauna, table tennis, children’s trampoline, board games, and movie nights with a projector. We can also arrange nearby activities such as airsoft, ziplining, and tennis. Popular attractions in the area include Amberd Fortress, Byurakan Observatory, Tegher Monastery, Lake Kari, and the Viktor Hambardzumyan House-Museum.
Can I organize a wedding, birthday, or corporate event at Aprie?
Yes! Aprie is suitable for weddings, birthdays, family celebrations, corporate retreats, team-building events, and other private gatherings. Our four outdoor terraces can accommodate up to 100 guests in total. Contact our team to discuss your event and available arrangements.
Is sauna access included in the booking price?
Sauna access is included at no additional cost when booking the entire villa. For individual room reservations, sauna access is available for an additional fee.
